DCS MH मधील सामान्य अडचणी आणि उपाय Common DCS MH Problems and What to Try

या पानावर वापरकर्ते प्रत्यक्षात नोंदवत असलेल्या अडचणी आणि प्रत्येकावर काय करून पाहावे ते दिले आहे.

एक प्रामाणिक इशारा: यातील बऱ्याच अडचणी सर्व्हरच्या किंवा मूळ माहितीच्या बाजूची असतात. त्या तुमच्या फोनवरून सुटत नाहीत. कोणती अडचण तुम्ही सोडवू शकता आणि कोणतीसाठी कार्यालयात जावे लागेल, हे खाली स्पष्ट सांगितले आहे.

This page collects the problems users actually report, and what to try for each.

One honest warning: many of these are server-side or source-data problems. They cannot be fixed from your phone. Below, we are explicit about which ones you can solve yourself and which need an office visit.

"तुम्ही गटापासून दूर आहात" असा संदेश"You are far away from the plot"

ही सर्वात जास्त वेळा नोंदवली जाणारी अडचण आहे. एका शेतकऱ्याने अभिप्रायात लिहिले आहे की ते प्रत्यक्ष गटावर उभे असूनही ॲप गटापासून दूर असल्याचे दाखवते, आणि मदत क्रमांकावरून तलाठ्याकडे जाण्यास सांगितले जाते.

This is the most reported problem of all. One farmer wrote that the app shows them as far from the Gat even while standing on the plot, and that the helpline told them to go to the Talathi.

What you can try:

  1. अचूक स्थान परवानगी तपासा: Settings → Apps → ॲप → Permissions → Location → "Precise" चालू असावे, "Approximate" नको.

    Check precise-location permission: Settings → Apps → the app → Permissions → Location → "Precise" on, not "Approximate".

  2. फोनच्या Location सेटिंगमध्ये High accuracy किंवा "Google Location Accuracy" चालू करा.

    In the phone's Location settings, turn on High accuracy or "Google Location Accuracy".

  3. झाडाखालून किंवा भिंतीजवळून बाजूला होऊन मोकळ्या आकाशाखाली उभे राहा आणि एक मिनिट थांबा.

    Move out from under trees or beside walls to open sky and wait a full minute.

  4. बांधावर नको, शेताच्या मधोमध जाऊन प्रयत्न करा.

    Try from the middle of the field rather than the boundary.

  5. Flight mode काही सेकंद चालू-बंद करून GPS पुन्हा जोडून घ्या.

    Toggle flight mode for a few seconds to force a fresh GPS lock.

  6. तरीही जमत नसेल तर महाभूनकाशावर गटाची हद्द तपासा. हद्द चुकीची असल्यास ती नकाशाची अडचण आहे — तलाठी कार्यालयात लिखित तक्रार नोंदवा आणि पोच घ्या.

    If it still fails, check the plot boundary on MahaBhuNaksha. A wrong boundary is a map problem — file a written complaint at the Talathi office and take an acknowledgement.

छायाचित्र जोडता येत नाही किंवा नाकारले जातेThe photo will not attach or is rejected

वापरकर्त्यांची तक्रार आहे की छायाचित्राशिवाय नोंद पाठवता येत नाही, आणि प्रत्यक्ष गटावर उभे असूनही छायाचित्र स्वीकारले जात नाही.

प्रयत्न करून पाहा:

  • ॲपला कॅमेरा परवानगी दिली आहे का तपासा
  • फोनमध्ये पुरेशी जागा आहे का पाहा; जागा भरली असेल तर छायाचित्र जतन होत नाही
  • ॲपचा कॅशे साफ करा, नंतर ॲप पुन्हा उघडा
  • ॲपमधील कॅमेरा वापरा; गॅलरीतील जुने छायाचित्र चालत नाही
  • उजेड कमी असेल तर चांगल्या उजेडात पुन्हा काढा
  • ॲप अद्ययावत करा

Users report that an entry cannot be submitted without a photo, and that the photo is not accepted even while standing on the plot.

Things to try:

  • check the app has camera permission
  • check there is free storage; a full phone cannot save the photo
  • clear the app cache, then reopen
  • use the in-app camera; an old gallery photo will not do
  • if the light is poor, retake it in better light
  • update the app

नोंद जतन किंवा पाठवली जात नाहीThe entry will not save or submit

ई-पीक पाहणी ॲपच्या अभिप्रायांमध्ये एका वापरकर्त्याने लिहिले आहे की तीन आठवडे प्रयत्न करूनही पीक तपशील भरता आणि जतन करता येत नाही, आणि प्रत्येक गटासाठी सर्व माहिती पुन्हा भरावी लागते.

प्रयत्न करून पाहा:

An e-Pik Pahani reviewer wrote that after three weeks of trying, the app would not let them enter and save crop details, and that all data had to be re-entered for every Gat number.

Things to try:

  1. फोनची तारीख आणि वेळ स्वयंचलित करा. अभिप्रायांमध्ये चुकीच्या तारखेमुळे ॲप न चालल्याची स्पष्ट तक्रार आहे.

    Set the phone's date and time to automatic. Reviews explicitly report the app refusing to work over an incorrect device date.

  2. नेटवर्क बदला — मोबाइल डेटा आणि Wi-Fi आलटून पालटून प्रयत्न करा.

    Switch network — try mobile data and Wi-Fi alternately.

  3. गर्दीची वेळ टाळा. हंगामाच्या शेवटच्या दिवसांत सर्व्हरवर ताण असतो. सकाळी लवकर प्रयत्न करून पाहा.

    Avoid peak times. Servers strain in the last days of a window. Try early morning.

  4. ॲप पूर्ण बंद करून (recent apps मधून काढून) पुन्हा उघडा. पार्श्वभूमीत अडकलेली स्थिती त्यामुळे साफ होते.

    Force-close the app from recent apps and reopen it. That clears a stuck background state.

  5. कॅशे साफ करा — पण Clear data करू नका, कारण न पाठवलेली नोंद त्यात जाऊ शकते.

    Clear the cache — but not Clear data, which can take an unsynced entry with it.

  6. वारंवार होत असेल तर स्क्रीनशॉट घेऊन तलाठी कार्यालयात दाखवा. पुरावा असल्यास तक्रार पुढे नेणे सोपे होते.

    If it keeps happening, take screenshots and show them at the Talathi office. Evidence makes the complaint easier to escalate.

माझा गट किंवा जमीन ॲपमध्ये दिसत नाहीMy plot or land is not showing in the app

ॲप जमिनीची यादी स्वतः तयार करत नाही — ती महसूल नोंदींमधून येते. त्यामुळे गट दिसत नसेल तर ते बहुधा मूळ नोंदीचा प्रश्न असतो, ॲपचा नाही.

संभाव्य कारणे:

  • जमीन तुमच्या नावावर नोंदलेली नाही (फेरफार प्रलंबित असू शकतो)
  • आधार आणि खातेदाराचे नाव जुळत नाही
  • वारसा नोंद पूर्ण झालेली नाही
  • तुमचा फार्मर आयडी जमिनीशी जोडलेला नाही

Farmer Registry MH ॲपच्या अभिप्रायांमध्ये जमिनीच्या तपशिलात संपादनाचा पर्याय नसल्याची तक्रार आहे — म्हणजे असे बदल ॲपमधून स्वतः करता येत नाहीत.

काय करावे: सातबारा उतारा काढून त्यावर नाव आणि क्षेत्र बरोबर आहे का तपासा. चूक असेल तर ती तलाठी कार्यालयात दुरुस्त करून घ्या. मूळ नोंद दुरुस्त झाल्याशिवाय ॲपमध्ये गट दिसणार नाही.

The app does not create the land list itself; it comes from the revenue records. So a missing plot is usually a source-record problem, not an app problem.

Likely causes:

  • the land is not recorded in your name (a mutation may be pending)
  • the Aadhaar name and the khatedar name do not match
  • an inheritance entry was never completed
  • your Farmer ID is not linked to the land

Farmer Registry MH reviews complain there is no edit option in land details, so these are not changes you can make yourself in the app.

What to do: pull the 7/12 extract and check the name and area on it. If something is wrong, get it corrected at the Talathi office. The plot will not appear in the app until the source record is right.

ॲप उघडत नाही, बंद पडते किंवा पुढे जात नाहीThe app will not open, crashes, or freezes

क्रमाने प्रयत्न करा — सोप्यापासून कठीणाकडे:

  1. ॲप पूर्ण बंद करून पुन्हा उघडा
  2. फोन पुन्हा सुरू करा
  3. Play Store वरून ॲप अद्ययावत करा
  4. ॲपचा कॅशे साफ करा
  5. Android System WebView आणि Play Services अद्ययावत करा
  6. फोनमध्ये जागा मोकळी करा
  7. शेवटचा उपाय — ॲप काढून पुन्हा स्थापित करा. याआधी न पाठवलेली नोंद असेल तर ती जाऊ शकते, म्हणून आधी सर्व नोंदी पाठवून घ्या.

Work through these in order, easiest first:

  1. force-close and reopen the app
  2. restart the phone
  3. update the app from Play
  4. clear the app cache
  5. update Android System WebView and Play Services
  6. free up storage
  7. last resort — uninstall and reinstall. This can lose an unsynced entry, so sync everything first.

कोणाकडे जावेWho to approach

अडचणीच्या प्रकारानुसार योग्य ठिकाणी जाणे वेळ वाचवते:

  • ॲपमधील तांत्रिक अडचण — Play Store वरील ॲपच्या पानावरून विकसकाशी संपर्क
  • जमिनीच्या नोंदीतील चूक, नकाशातील त्रुटी, नाव जुळत नाही — तलाठी कार्यालय, नंतर मंडळ अधिकारी, नंतर तहसील कार्यालय
  • फार्मर आयडी किंवा नोंदणीची अडचण — शेतकरी नोंदवही पोर्टल किंवा तलाठी कार्यालय
  • गोपनीयता किंवा माहिती हटवण्याची विनंती — डिजिटल क्रॉप सर्व्हे ॲपच्या गोपनीयता धोरणात दिलेला पत्ता

प्रत्येक वेळी लिखित तक्रार द्या आणि पोच घ्या. तोंडी तक्रारीचा पुरावा राहत नाही.

Going to the right place saves time:

  • a technical fault in the app — contact the developer via the app's Play Store page
  • a wrong land record, map error, or name mismatch — Talathi office, then Circle Officer, then Tehsil office
  • Farmer ID or registration trouble — the Farmer Registry portal or the Talathi office
  • privacy or data-deletion request — the address given in the Digital Crop Survey privacy policy

Every time: submit in writing and take an acknowledgement. A verbal complaint leaves no trace.

ॲपचा कॅशे साफ केल्याने माझी नोंद जाईल का?Will clearing the cache delete my entry?

सामान्यतः नाही — Clear cache मुळे तात्पुरत्या फाइल्स जातात. मात्र Clear data केल्यास ॲपमधील सर्व स्थानिक माहिती जाते, त्यात न पाठवलेली नोंदही असू शकते. त्यामुळे Clear data टाळा.

Normally no — Clear cache removes temporary files. But Clear data wipes everything the app stores locally, which can include an unsynced entry. So avoid Clear data.

ॲप मराठीत वापरता येते का?Can I use the app in Marathi?

ई-पीक पाहणी ॲपचे Play Store वरील वर्णन मराठीत आहे, आणि हे ॲप महाराष्ट्रातील शेतकऱ्यांसाठी बनवलेले आहे. ॲपमध्ये भाषा निवडीचा पर्याय आवृत्तीनुसार बदलतो, म्हणून आम्ही ठाम विधान करत नाही.

The e-Pik Pahani Play listing is written in Marathi and the app is built for Maharashtra's farmers. Whether a language selector appears varies by build, so we are not going to state it as fixed.

जुन्या फोनवर ॲप चालेल का?Will the app work on an old phone?

Play Store तुमच्या फोनसाठी ॲप उपलब्ध आहे का ते सांगते. GPS आणि कॅमेरा आवश्यक असल्याने अगदी जुन्या फोनवर अडचण येऊ शकते. Play Store पानावर "This app isn't available for your device" असे दिसल्यास फोन आवश्यकतेपेक्षा जुना आहे.

Play will tell you whether the app is available for your device. Since GPS and a camera are needed, very old handsets can struggle. If Play shows "This app isn't available for your device", the phone is below the requirement.
