Both apps exist to produce the same thing: an official record of what is sown on a plot. The e-Pik Pahani listing says the facility is for a farmer to record their own crop sowing. The Farmer Registry MH listing says a registered farmer can view the crop survey done on those lands. Both sides point at the same record.

What we could not independently verify is the precise relationship within a season — which entry is treated as final, and what happens if both exist. That is set by government order. So we are not going to assert an answer.
