पीक पाहणी नोंद कशी करावी How to Record a Crop Survey Step by Step

पीक पाहणीची नोंद करण्याची मूळ रचना सर्व ॲप्समध्ये सारखीच आहे: ओळख पटवा → गट निवडा → शेतात उभे राहा → पीक भरा → छायाचित्र काढा → पाठवा.

खाली प्रत्येक टप्प्यावर काय होते आणि कोणत्या चुका टाळाव्या हे दिले आहे. ॲपच्या पडद्यांची नेमकी मांडणी आवृत्तीनुसार बदलते, म्हणून आम्ही बटणांची जागा सांगत नाही — तर्क सांगतो, जो बदलत नाही.

The shape of the process is the same across these apps: identify yourself → pick the plot → stand in the field → enter the crop → take a photo → submit.

Below is what happens at each step and which mistakes cause a rejected entry. Screen layouts change between builds, so we do not describe button positions. We describe the logic, which does not change.

  1. ॲप उघडून लॉगिन करा. पहिल्यांदा असल्यास नोंदणी पूर्ण करा आणि पासवर्ड तयार करण्याचा टप्पा वगळू नका. लॉगिनला अडचण आल्यास लॉगिन मदत पाहा.

    Open the app and log in. First time, complete registration and do not skip the password-creation step. If login fails, see login help.

  2. तुमचे गाव आणि गट क्रमांक निवडा. तालुका आणि गाव बरोबर निवडले आहे का हे तपासा — सारखी नावे असलेली गावे असतात. गट क्रमांक सातबाऱ्यावरून घ्या, स्मरणातून नको.

    Select your village and Gat number. Double-check taluka and village; similar village names exist. Take the Gat number from the 7/12 extract, not from memory.

  3. प्रत्यक्ष शेतात जा. ॲप तुमचे स्थान तपासते. गटाच्या हद्दीबाहेर असल्यास नोंद पुढे जात नाही. बांधावर उभे राहण्यापेक्षा शेताच्या आत उभे राहा.

    Go to the field. The app checks your location. Outside the plot boundary, the entry will not proceed. Stand inside the field rather than on the edge.

  4. स्थान निश्चित होण्याची वाट पाहा. GPS स्थिर होण्यास अर्धा ते एक मिनिट लागू शकतो. लगेच पुढे जाऊ नका — घाईत घेतलेले स्थान चुकीचे नोंदले जाते.

    Let the location settle. A GPS fix can take thirty to sixty seconds. Do not rush ahead; a hurried fix records the wrong point.

  5. पिकाची माहिती भरा. हंगाम, पिकाचे नाव, क्षेत्र आणि सिंचनाचा प्रकार. क्षेत्र पेरलेल्या भागाचे सांगा, संपूर्ण गटाचे नाही — गटात दोन पिके असतील तर दोन्ही स्वतंत्र नोंदवा.

    Enter the crop details. Season, crop name, area and irrigation type. Give the area actually sown, not the whole plot; if the plot carries two crops, record both separately.

  6. छायाचित्र काढा. ॲप छायाचित्र मागते. पीक स्पष्ट दिसेल असे, पुरेशा उजेडात काढा. गॅलरीतील जुने छायाचित्र चालत नाही — ॲप त्याच वेळी काढलेले छायाचित्र मागते.

    Take the photograph. The app requires one. Shoot in decent light with the crop clearly visible. An old photo from the gallery will not do; the app wants one taken then and there.

  7. तपासून पाठवा. पाठवण्यापूर्वी भरलेली माहिती एकदा वाचा. पाठवल्यानंतर पावतीचा किंवा क्रमांकाचा स्क्रीनशॉट घ्या.

    Review, then submit. Read back what you entered before sending. After submitting, screenshot the receipt or reference number.

  8. नंतर नोंद तपासा. काही दिवसांनी सातबारा उतारा पाहून नोंद आली आहे का तपासा. कसे, ते नोंद तपासा पानावर दिले आहे.

  • नकाशातील त्रुटी. काही गटांचा क्रमांक नकाशात नसल्याने स्थान चुकीचे दिसते अशी तक्रार आहे — ही ॲपची नाही, मूळ नकाशाची अडचण आहे.

Drawn from user reports and from the shape of the process itself:

  • Trying to record from outside the field. The app checks location. It will not work from home.
  • Moving on before the GPS fix settles. This produces the "you are away from the plot" message.
  • Wrong phone date or time. The app checks it and refuses.
  • No photograph. Users report the photo being mandatory.
  • Re-entering everything per plot. Reviews complain that after finishing one Gat number, all details must be entered again for the next.
  • Map errors. Users report some Gat numbers missing from the uploaded map, which makes the location read wrong. That is a source-map problem, not an app bug.

छायाचित्र चांगले येण्यासाठीGetting the photograph right

छायाचित्र हा नोंदीचा पुरावा आहे, म्हणून ते नीट असावे:

  • दिवसाच्या उजेडात काढा; सकाळ किंवा दुपार चांगली

The photograph is the evidence, so make it count:

  • shoot in daylight; morning or midday works
  • frame the crop clearly, not just soil or sky
  • wipe the lens; field dust builds up fast
  • hold steady, a blurred photo can be rejected
  • keep the phone dry if it is raining

नाही. ॲप तुमचे स्थान तपासते आणि गटाच्या हद्दीबाहेर असल्यास नोंद पुढे जात नाही. DCS MH च्या अधिकृत वर्णनातही सर्व्हेअरने शेताच्या ठिकाणी जाणे अपेक्षित असल्याचे म्हटले आहे.

No. The app checks your location and will not proceed from outside the plot boundary. The DCS MH description itself says the surveyor has to go to the field location.

एका गटात दोन पिके असतील तर?What if one plot has two crops?

प्रत्येक पिकाची स्वतंत्र नोंद करा आणि प्रत्येकाचे क्षेत्र वेगळे सांगा. दोन्ही मिळून गटाच्या एकूण क्षेत्रापेक्षा जास्त होणार नाही याची काळजी घ्या.

Record each crop separately with its own area. Make sure the two areas together do not exceed the plot's total area.

That depends on the build and the stage of the season; we could not confirm it officially. Farmer Registry MH reviews complain there is no edit option in land details. The safe route: check before submitting, and if something is wrong, file a written objection at the Talathi office.

This comes up repeatedly in reviews. Give the GPS time to settle, move to open ground, check the app has precise-location permission, and try from the middle of the field.
