पीक पाहणी नोंद कशी तपासावी How to Check Your Crop Survey Entry

नोंद पाठवली म्हणजे ती नोंदली गेली, असे नेहमी होत नाही. त्यामुळे नंतर तपासणे महत्त्वाचे आहे.

तपासण्याचे तीन मार्ग आहेत — ॲपमधून, सातबारा उताऱ्यावरून, आणि तलाठी कार्यालयात. प्रत्येकाची मर्यादा वेगळी आहे, ती खाली स्पष्ट सांगितली आहे.

Submitting an entry is not the same as the entry being recorded. That is why checking afterwards matters.

There are three ways to check: in the app, on your 7/12 extract, and at the Talathi office. Each has different limits, set out below.

१. ॲपमधून तपासणे1. Checking in the app

Farmer Registry MH ॲपच्या अधिकृत वर्णनात स्पष्ट म्हटले आहे की नोंदणीकृत शेतकरी लॉगिन करून त्याच्या जमिनीवर झालेली पीक पाहणी पाहू शकतो. म्हणजे ॲपमधून नोंद दिसणे अपेक्षित आहे.

ई-पीक पाहणी ॲपमधूनही तुम्ही केलेल्या नोंदी दिसतात. मात्र ॲपमध्ये नोंद दिसणे याचा अर्थ ती अंतिम मंजूर झाली असा नाही — पडताळणीचा टप्पा शिल्लक असू शकतो.

The official Farmer Registry MH description says a registered farmer can log in and view the crop survey done on those lands. So the record is expected to be visible in the app.

Your own entries also show in the e-Pik Pahani app. But an entry appearing in the app does not mean it is finally approved; a verification stage may still be pending.

२. सातबारा उताऱ्यावरून तपासणे2. Checking on your 7/12 extract

हा सर्वात निर्णायक मार्ग आहे, कारण सातबारा हा अधिकृत महसूल अभिलेख आहे. पीक पेऱ्याची नोंद त्यावर दिसते.

सातबारा उतारा महाभूलेख या शासकीय पोर्टलवरून पाहता येतो. दुवा या पानाच्या शेवटी संदर्भांमध्ये दिला आहे.

This is the decisive check, because the 7/12 is the official revenue record. The crop-sowing entry appears on it.

You can view the 7/12 extract on Mahabhulekh, the government land-records portal. The link is in the sources at the end of this page.

  1. महाभूलेख पोर्टल उघडा आणि तुमचा विभाग निवडा.

    Open the Mahabhulekh portal and select your division.

  2. जिल्हा, तालुका आणि गाव निवडा. गावांची नावे सारखी असतात, म्हणून तालुका काळजीपूर्वक तपासा.

    Select district, taluka and village. Village names repeat, so check the taluka carefully.

  3. गट क्रमांक किंवा खातेदाराचे नाव टाकून उतारा पाहा.

    Enter the Gat number or the khatedar name to view the extract.

  4. उताऱ्यावरील पीक पेरा नोंद पाहा — पिकाचे नाव, क्षेत्र आणि हंगाम बरोबर आहे का तपासा.

    Look at the crop-sowing entry on the extract and check the crop, area and season are right.

  5. चूक असेल किंवा नोंदच नसेल, तर उताऱ्याची प्रत घेऊन तलाठी कार्यालयात जा.

    If it is wrong, or missing entirely, take a copy of the extract to the Talathi office.

टीप: संकेतस्थळावरून मोफत पाहिलेला उतारा माहितीसाठी असतो. कायदेशीर कामासाठी डिजिटल स्वाक्षरी असलेला उतारा वेगळा असतो आणि त्यासाठी शुल्क असू शकते.

Note: the free view on the portal is for information. A digitally signed extract for legal use is a separate document and may carry a fee.

३. तलाठी कार्यालयात तपासणे3. Checking at the Talathi office

संकेतस्थळावर काही जुळत नसेल, किंवा तुम्हाला ऑनलाइन पाहणे जमत नसेल, तर तलाठी कार्यालय हा योग्य मार्ग आहे. सोबत घेऊन जा:

  • गट क्रमांक
  • सातबारा उताऱ्याची प्रत, असल्यास
  • नोंद केल्याची पावती किंवा स्क्रीनशॉट, असल्यास
  • ओळखपत्र

नोंदीत चूक असल्यास लिखित अर्ज द्या आणि पोच घ्या. तोंडी सांगितलेल्या तक्रारीचा पुढे पुरावा राहत नाही.

If something does not match online, or you cannot check online, the Talathi office is the right route. Take with you:

  • the Gat number
  • a copy of the 7/12 extract, if you have one
  • the submission receipt or screenshot, if you have one
  • photo identification

If the entry is wrong, submit a written application and take an acknowledgement. A verbal complaint leaves you nothing to point to later.

याची आम्हाला अधिकृत पुष्टी मिळाली नाही, म्हणून आम्ही आकडा देत नाही. हंगामाचा टप्पा आणि पडताळणी पूर्ण झाली आहे का यावर ते अवलंबून असते. काही आठवड्यांनी दिसत नसेल तर तलाठी कार्यालयात विचारा.

We could not verify this officially, so we are not going to quote a number. It depends on the stage of the season and whether verification has completed. If it has not appeared after some weeks, ask at the Talathi office.

मी नोंद केली पण ॲपमध्ये दिसत नाहीI made an entry but it is not showing in the app

नोंद फोनमध्ये राहून सर्व्हरवर पाठवली गेली नसण्याची शक्यता आहे. नेटवर्क असलेल्या ठिकाणी ॲप उघडून पाठवण्याचा (sync) प्रयत्न करा. ॲप काढून पुन्हा स्थापित करू नका — त्यात न पाठवलेली नोंद जाऊ शकते.

The entry may have stayed on the phone without reaching the server. Open the app where there is coverage and try to sync. Do not uninstall and reinstall; that can take an unsynced entry with it.

दुसऱ्याने माझ्या गटाची चुकीची नोंद केली आहेSomeone else recorded a wrong entry for my plot

तलाठी कार्यालयात लिखित हरकत नोंदवा आणि पोच घ्या. सोबत सातबारा उतारा आणि शक्य असेल तर तुमच्या पिकाची तारीख दिसणारी छायाचित्रे जोडा. समाधान न झाल्यास मंडळ अधिकारी आणि नंतर तहसील कार्यालयाकडे जा.

File a written objection at the Talathi office and take an acknowledgement. Attach the 7/12 extract and, if you have them, dated photographs of your crop. If it is not resolved, escalate to the Circle Officer and then the Tehsil office.
