जमीन आणि अभिलेखLand and records
- गट क्रमांकGat numberGroup / survey number
शेतजमिनीच्या तुकड्याला दिलेला क्रमांक. पीक पाहणी नोंद याच क्रमांकावर होते. सातबारा उताऱ्याच्या वरच्या भागात हा क्रमांक असतो.
The number assigned to a parcel of farmland. The crop survey entry is made against it. It appears at the top of the 7/12 extract.

जमिनीचा मुख्य महसूल अभिलेख. मालकी, क्षेत्र, कर्जाचा बोजा आणि पीक पेऱ्याची नोंद यावर दिसते. पीक पाहणी झाली आहे का हे तपासण्याची निर्णायक जागा.
The main revenue record for a parcel. It shows ownership, area, encumbrances and the crop-sowing entry. This is the decisive place to check whether a crop survey was recorded.

ज्याच्या नावावर जमिनीची नोंद आहे ती व्यक्ती. आधारवरचे नाव आणि खातेदाराचे नाव जुळत नसेल तर ॲपमध्ये जमीन दिसत नाही.
The person in whose name the land is recorded. If the Aadhaar name and the khatedar name do not match, the land will not appear in the app.

जमिनीच्या नोंदीत मालकी बदलण्याची प्रक्रिया — खरेदी, वारसा किंवा वाटणीनंतर. फेरफार प्रलंबित असल्यास ॲपमध्ये जमीन जुन्या नावावर दिसते.
The process of changing recorded ownership after a sale, inheritance or partition. While a mutation is pending, the app still shows the land under the old name.

गटांच्या हद्दी दाखवणारा नकाशा. ॲप "तुम्ही गटापासून दूर आहात" असे दाखवत असल्यास हद्द येथे तपासावी.

गाव पातळीवरील महसूल अधिकारी. जमिनीच्या नोंदीतील चूक, नकाशातील त्रुटी आणि पीक नोंदीबाबत हरकत — या सर्वांची सुरुवात तलाठी कार्यालयातून होते.
The village-level revenue official. Errors in land records, map problems and objections to a crop entry all start at the Talathi office.

कोणत्या गटावर कोणते पीक पेरले आहे याची नोंद. ई-पीक पाहणी ॲपचा मुख्य उद्देश हीच नोंद घेणे आहे.
The record of which crop is sown on which plot. Capturing this is the whole purpose of the e-Pik Pahani app.

महसूल विभागाचा प्रकल्प ज्याद्वारे शेतकरी स्वतः आपला पीक पेरा नोंदवू शकतो. Play Store वरील ॲपच्या नावातही आता (DCS) जोडलेले आहे.
The Revenue Department project through which a farmer can record their own crop sowing. The Play Store name now also carries "(DCS)".
- खरीपKharifMonsoon season crop
मान्सूनसह पेरणी होणारा हंगाम. महाराष्ट्रात सोयाबीन, कापूस, तूर, भात ही प्रमुख खरीप पिके.
The season sown with the monsoon. In Maharashtra, soybean, cotton, tur and paddy are the main Kharif crops.

हिवाळ्यात पेरणी होणारा हंगाम. हरभरा, गहू, ज्वारी ही प्रमुख रब्बी पिके.
The season sown in winter. Gram, wheat and jowar are the main Rabi crops.

या हंगामात पेरणी न केलेले, पण शेतीयोग्य असलेले क्षेत्र. ई-पीक पाहणी ॲपमध्ये याची स्वतंत्र नोंद घेता येते.
Cultivable land left unsown this season. The e-Pik Pahani app has separate provision to record it.

दीर्घ काळ लागवडीत नसलेले क्षेत्र. याचीही नोंद ॲपमध्ये करता येते.
Land out of cultivation for a long period. This can also be recorded in the app.
- बागायत / जिरायतBagayat / JirayatIrrigated / rain-fed
सिंचनाची सुविधा असलेले क्षेत्र बागायत, आणि केवळ पावसावर अवलंबून असलेले जिरायत. DCS MH ॲपच्या वर्णनात सिंचनाचा प्रकार नोंदवण्याचा स्पष्ट उल्लेख आहे.
Land with irrigation is bagayat; land dependent on rainfall alone is jirayat. The DCS MH description explicitly mentions recording the type of irrigation.
- बांधावरची झाडेBandhavarchi zadeTrees on field bunds
शेताच्या हद्दीवरील झाडे. ई-पीक पाहणी ॲपच्या अधिकृत वर्णनात यांची स्वतंत्र नोंद घेण्याची सुविधा नमूद आहे.

The programme for conducting the crop survey through a mobile app, with latitude, longitude and a photograph. The app for Maharashtra is DCS MH.

केंद्रीय कृषी व शेतकरी कल्याण मंत्रालयाचा डिजिटल कार्यक्रम. शेतकरी नोंदवही, जमीन नोंदी आणि पीक पाहणी यांना जोडतो.
The digital programme of the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. It joins the Farmer Registry, land records and the crop survey.
- फार्मर आयडीFarmer ID
ॲग्रीस्टॅकमधील शेतकऱ्याचा ओळख क्रमांक. महाडीबीटी शेतकरी पोर्टलच्या अधिकृत पुस्तिकेनुसार लॉगिनसाठी हा आवश्यक आहे.
The farmer's identifier within AgriStack. Per the official MahaDBT farmer manual, it is required to log in to that portal.
- फार्मलँड आयडीFarmland ID
जमिनीच्या गटाचा ओळख क्रमांक. ॲग्रीस्टॅकच्या अधिकृत दस्तऐवजानुसार शेतीच्या गटांसाठी हा अनिवार्य आहे आणि इतर गटांसाठी ऐच्छिक.
The identifier for a land parcel. Per the official AgriStack document, it is mandatory for agriculture plots and optional for others.

आधार क्रमांक आणि OTP वापरून ओळख पडताळण्याची प्रक्रिया. Farmer Registry MH ॲपच्या वर्णनानुसार नोंदणी याच मार्गाने होते.

- जिओ-टॅगिंगGeo-tagging
नोंदीसोबत अक्षांश-रेखांश जोडणे. यामुळेच नोंद कोणत्या जागेची आहे हे सिद्ध होते, आणि यामुळेच घरून नोंद करता येत नाही.
Attaching latitude and longitude to a record. It is what proves which piece of ground the entry describes, and why you cannot record from home.

पाहणीसाठी नेमून दिलेली व्यक्ती. DCS MH ॲपच्या वर्णनानुसार सर्व्हेअरने प्रत्यक्ष शेताच्या ठिकाणी जाणे अपेक्षित आहे. महाराष्ट्रात कोणत्या पदांना हा अधिकार आहे हे हंगामनिहाय शासन आदेशाने ठरते.
The person designated to conduct the survey. Per the DCS MH description, the surveyor is expected to go to the field location. Which designations hold this authority in Maharashtra is set by season-specific government order.
