शेतकरी स्तर आणि सर्व्हेअर स्तर पाहणी Farmer-Level and Surveyor-Level Survey

शेतकरी स्तरावर शेतकरी स्वतः आपल्या शेतात जाऊन ॲपमधून पीक पेरा नोंदवतो. महसूल विभागाच्या ई-पीक पाहणी ॲपचे संपूर्ण रचनाच याच कल्पनेवर आधारित आहे — त्याचे घोषवाक्य "माझी शेती, माझा सातबारा, मीच नोंदविणार माझा पीक पेरा" हेच सांगते.

ॲपच्या अधिकृत वर्णनानुसार शेतकरी या ॲपद्वारे पुढील गोष्टी नोंदवू शकतो:

• पिकांच्या नोंदी
• बांधावरच्या झाडांच्या नोंदी
• चालू पड आणि कायम पड क्षेत्राच्या नोंदी

आणि हे सर्व अक्षांश व रेखांशासह नोंदवले जाते.

At farmer level, the farmer goes to their own field and records the crop through the app. The Revenue Department's e-Pik Pahani app is built entirely around this idea; its tagline translates as "my farm, my 7/12, I will record my own crop sowing".

Per the app's official description, a farmer can record:

• crop entries
• entries for trees on field bunds
• current fallow and permanent fallow area

All of it captured with latitude and longitude.

सर्व्हेअर स्तरावर शासनाने नेमलेली व्यक्ती शेतावर जाऊन नोंद करते. DCS MH ॲपचे Play Store वरील वर्णन हेच सांगते: सर्व्हेअरने शेताच्या ठिकाणी जाऊन पाहणी करायची असते.

हा स्तर दोन कारणांसाठी असतो. पहिले — ज्या गटांची शेतकरी स्तरावर नोंद झाली नाही, त्यांची नोंद पूर्ण करणे. दुसरे — नोंदींची तपासणी करणे.

आम्ही जे सांगू शकत नाही: महाराष्ट्रात चालू हंगामात कोणत्या पदांना सर्व्हेअर म्हणून अधिकार आहेत, आणि तपासणीचे प्रमाण किती आहे. हे शासन आदेशाने ठरते आणि बदलते. आम्हाला याची अधिकृत पुष्टी मिळाली नाही, म्हणून आम्ही अंदाज देत नाही.

At surveyor level, a person designated by the government goes to the field and makes the entry. The DCS MH Play listing describes exactly this: the surveyor has to go to the field location and can survey.

This level exists for two reasons. First, to complete entries for plots where the farmer did not make one. Second, to check entries.

What we cannot tell you: which designations are authorised as surveyors in Maharashtra this season, or what proportion of entries get checked. That is set by government order and it changes. We did not get official confirmation, so we are not going to guess.

पीक पाहणीची नोंद पुढे अनेक ठिकाणी वापरली जाते — पीक विमा, नुकसान भरपाई, हमीभावाने खरेदी, कर्ज आणि योजनांचे लाभ. नोंद चुकीची असेल किंवा नसेलच, तर त्याचा परिणाम त्या सर्व ठिकाणी दिसतो.

Play Store वरील एका शेतकऱ्याच्या अभिप्रायात हे थेट मांडले आहे — पीक नोंदणी झाली नाही तर विमा दावा मंजूर होत नाही. हा वापरकर्त्याचा अनुभव आहे, अधिकृत नियम नाही; पण तो नोंदीचे महत्त्व सांगतो.

त्यामुळे: हंगाम संपण्याची वाट पाहू नका. नोंद झाली आहे का हे तपासा, आणि नसेल तर वेळेत करा.

A crop survey record feeds into a lot of downstream things: crop insurance, damage compensation, procurement at support price, credit, and scheme benefits. If the record is wrong or missing, that shows up everywhere it is used.

One farmer's review on the Play Store puts it bluntly: without the crop entry, the insurance claim does not settle. That is a user's experience rather than a statement of rule, but it does illustrate why the entry matters.

So: do not wait for the season to end. Check whether an entry exists, and make one in time if it does not.

Each season allots separate windows to farmer level and surveyor level, usually farmer level first. The exact dates change every year and extensions are common.
