DCS MH Helpline, Contact and Grievance Redressal
People search hard for a DCS MH helpline number or customer care number. The honest answer: there is no single call centre or toll-free number for the crop survey. It is run by the state Revenue Department through several apps and portals, and each has its own support route.
This page lists only the contact routes we could verify, matched to the problem you have. Be careful with any number you find in a search result, a YouTube video or a WhatsApp forward — fraudulent "helpline" numbers circulate. A genuine government site always ends in gov.in, and no official will ever ask you for an OTP or a fee.
Is there one DCS MH helpline number?
No single one, and we are not going to invent one. The survey involves several official apps and portals, so "support" depends entirely on what has gone wrong: an app bug, a login failure, a wrong land record, a Farmer ID problem, or a data request each go to a different place.
Publishing a wrong or outdated number would be worse than publishing none — particularly here, where fraud numbers target farmers entering Aadhaar-linked details. So below we give the official route for each kind of problem, and how to find the current number yourself.
Match your problem to the right contact
Different problems have different official owners. Find your situation on the left; the right column is where help actually comes from. Each route is explained in detail further down this page.
| Your problem | Where to go |
|---|---|
| The app crashes, will not open, or is missing from Google Play | The app developer contact on its Google Play listing |
| Login fails, no OTP arrives, or it wants a password you never set | Our login help first; for an account-level block, the Talathi office |
| Wrong land record, plot not showing, or a map boundary error | The Talathi office, then Circle Officer, then Tehsildar |
| Farmer ID, e-KYC or registration trouble | The Maharashtra Farmer Registry portal and its help desk |
| A data, privacy or deletion request | The contact in the Digital Crop Survey privacy policy |
| A state farm scheme or subsidy (MahaDBT) | The MahaDBT / Aaple Sarkar DBT portal and its helpline |
Contacting the app developer (Google Play)
For a fault in the app itself — it crashes, a screen will not load, a feature is broken — the most direct official contact is the developer contact on the app's own Google Play listing. Every Play listing is required to show a verified developer email and phone number.
Open the official Play listing (the store links are in the sources at the end of this page).
Scroll to "Developer contact" and expand it. It shows the developer's email and phone.
Use that email or number. Describe the problem, your phone model and Android version, and attach a screenshot.
Farmer ID and Farmer Registry help
For a problem creating or linking a Farmer ID, or with e-KYC and registration, the right owner is the Maharashtra Farmer Registry. It publishes a help desk number, 020 25712712, for its portal. Prefer the official portal and that number over anything a search result offers.
Most "my land is not showing" problems are not Farmer Registry faults at all — they are revenue-record issues, and those go to the Talathi office. See the office ladder below.
Portal: Maharashtra Farmer Registry portal (opens the official site in a new tab). The full walkthrough is on our Farmer ID page.
Data, privacy and deletion requests
A request about the data the app holds — a correction, or deletion — goes to the app's own publisher, not to us and not to the Talathi. The official Digital Crop Survey privacy policy, published by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, gives us-it@gov.in as the contact for privacy questions.
We are an independent site and hold none of your government data, so we cannot action or forward such a request.
For a land record or an unanswered complaint: the office ladder
Most crop-survey problems are really revenue-record problems, which no phone line can fix. They are resolved in person and in writing, up a clear ladder of offices:
Talathi (village revenue officer) — the first stop for a wrong 7/12 entry, a name mismatch, a missing plot, or a map error.
Circle Officer (Mandal Adhikari) — if the Talathi has not acted.
Tehsildar (Tehsil office) — the next level for revenue matters.
Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) or Collector — for a matter that is still unresolved.
Grievance redressal
If an office has not acted after you have applied in writing, you can escalate through a government grievance system. The Government of Maharashtra runs the Aaple Sarkar grievance portal, and the central government runs the public grievance portal (CPGRAMS). These are general grievance channels — not crop-survey-specific — so state the facts plainly and attach the acknowledgements you collected along the office ladder.

Avoiding fake helplines and fraud
Because so many people search for a helpline, fraudsters publish fake ones. Protect yourself:
- trust a contact only from a gov.in site, the official app listing, or your Talathi office
- the apps are free — never pay to "register", "activate" or "get your crop recorded"
- never share an OTP, your password or your Aadhaar details with a caller
- be wary of "helpline" numbers from YouTube videos, WhatsApp forwards and search ads
- do not install an app or an APK file sent by a stranger
What this website cannot do
To be clear about our limits: we are an independent information site. We cannot make, check or correct a survey entry, reset a password, see your land records, or forward a complaint to any office. What we can do is point you to the official route for each problem, which is what this page is for.
Frequently asked questions
What is the DCS MH helpline number?
There is no single toll-free DCS MH helpline. For an app bug, use the developer contact on the Google Play listing; for a wrong land record, the Talathi office; for Farmer ID or registration, the Maharashtra Farmer Registry help desk (020 25712712); for a data or privacy request, us-it@gov.in from the official privacy policy. Treat any other "helpline" number with caution.
What is the DCS MH customer care or contact number?
Same answer: there is no single customer-care line. Match your problem to the right office using the table above. Numbers posted on YouTube, WhatsApp or random websites are frequently fake.
Is there a toll-free number for the crop survey?
We could not verify an official toll-free number for DCS MH, so we do not publish one. The developer contact on the app's Play listing and the Farmer Registry help desk are the closest verified routes.
Can you reset my password or correct my entry?
No. We are an independent site with no access to the apps, the portals or your records. A password or account problem is resolved by the app and the Talathi office; a wrong entry is corrected at the Talathi office.
Someone phoned asking for an OTP or a fee. Is that official?
No. No genuine official asks for an OTP, and the apps are free. Do not share the code and do not pay. If in doubt, go to your Talathi office in person.
